Post Graduate Diploma in Management - PGDM (equivalent to MBA) is a 2 year full-time course duly recognised by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), Ministry of Education, Govt. of India and is a flagship programme offered by Indian Institute of Business Management, Patna. 

It is a two years programme with Dual specialisation in Marketing, HR and Finance.
